This morning 7:35am June 19 2015 the yellow blinking lights were again SOLID yellow. Not sure if it is a malfunction or intended, but it does confuse drivers. Corner of Atlantic Ave and Ingram Dr.

The yellow blinking caution lights were still solid at 4:30. Many people get confused and think they must stop for it.

This issue has been repaired.

I still think it would be beneficial to move the "no left turn" sign & blinking lights down to street level on that corner. Ticketing people for not following directions would get some attention. People turn left every day during rush hour when they should not be and it causes horrible backups. Thanks again
