Very dangerous to pedestrians and bicycles and children as it blocks sidewalk

This dangerous hole has not been fixed. It is directly at the sidewalk on Napa Street and very dangerous. I have seen people with children and mothers with baby carriages and handicapped people forced into the street street because this rubble is not crossable! This is no joke. PLEASE FIX!
