Thank you for your e-mail in reference to the issue in your neighborhood. Chief Holloway has asked me to respond directly to you, in reference to your concern with people gathering and littering at 12177 28th Street North. Officers conducted directed patrols to target this issue each night between January 23 and January 27, 2015. Officers noticed there was trash in the area, but did not locate any individuals partying or gathering during this time period.
Officers working this area have been notified of the issue and will continue to monitor the area. If you see violations occurring in the future, I encourage you to contact our non-emergency number (893-7780) so officers can be dispatched, at the time it is occurring, to the area and make contact with the involved parties.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact Sergeant Nagle at (727) 893-4097.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Sincerely,
Luke C. Williams
