Description

Abuse of Handicap parking, another individual most likely a family member parks there everyday. The handicap spot is under someone else, but he/she never parks there.

I blame no body else but the doctors who sign on those applications and dpw who don’t do proper due diligence before handing out handicap spots like lottery tickets.
