Description

Approximately around 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm a female dog trainer has 2 Belgian Malionois off conducting training. She has one tied up while the other is doing commands off leash. I've asked her to hold on to her dogs and she refused. This is happening frequently in the upper park area as well with a large black german Shepard and his owner. I ask that the Park Ranger stop this dog training.
