The asphalt I. The cul de sac is breaking down to its original aggregate. There are multiple pot holes and lots of loose asphalt sections. When cars speed through after they've made a wrong turn off of daughter, they throw the loose rocks into the yards and cars of the houses in the cul de sac. The whole section needs to be repaved like the rest of the neighborhood was.
