Description

I attempted to make a left hand turn onto 24th ST at Western AVE. Homeowner here has vegetation in the utility easement blocking sight of traffic coming from the west, I about pulled out in front of someone cause you cant see around all of this. Easements are not for peoples shrubs etc. You need to tell these people to get this out of there and if they want their plants they can plant them on their property. This is a safety issue.

I think keeping it trimmed back is the key!
There will always be trees, bushes by the streets, it's up to homeowners to be respondsible & keep them trimmed.

That property is owned by a member of our NIA over here so good luck on getting anything done about it. He will just go on a rampage and start reporting anyone for the smallest thing to get back at whoever reported him.

How are you such an expert on easements....there is everything imaginable in our easements....so without the drama....real simple....hey city....there is a bush making traffic hard to se....then our overburdened workers would gladly fix your problem....use scf platform for bigger issues

Because I have to deal with them every week for work. All the abuse of people making my job unsafe cause they dont want to take care of it and leave their trash or block it with their fences, which also they are not to do...Time for city to enforce it all already...
