Description
I believe the tree (honey locust) in my front yard was planted in the right of way, it was planted there by the developer. The tree was never planted correctly in the first place. Now it's gotten so huge and is so far out of the ground, that I am very concerned that the during a severe wind storm, the tree is going to come down on our house. Also, the roots are causing major damage to our driveway.

Hello my situation has not been resolved. The Honey Locust tree planted incorrectly more than 20 years ago in compliance with the town and in the town right of way is now causing major damage to my driveway, roots may be affecting the electrical box and I am concerned that the tree is so far out of the ground that during a storm it might fall on our house. I would greatly appreciate it if the tree warden could come out and look at the damage and have the tree taken out.
Sincerely,
