Do you have any video of the dog defecating on your property? An officer responded to your last request and attempted to mediate the situation in the absence of any evidence to corroborate your complaint. I have seen the ring video you submitted and it doesn't demonstrate the dog defecating or urinating on your property. If you do get documentation of the dog defecating or urinating on your property we can issue a written warning. In the absence of adequate corroborating evidence we can only attempt to mediate by trying to compromise with the owner and ask that he take a detour or otherwise avoid your yard.
