as if truck drivers do not have enough to worry about, let alone a single neighbor complaining that they are parked on the side of the road (no law against that by the way..) For all you know he could be off the meter after his 8 hours of driving, and pulling off and getting some rest, so that he doesn't plow his rig through a residential area because of fatigue. Try having alittle compassion for him.
