Description

Coming Northbound on Kempsville Rd, and needing to take a left at the light at Fairfield Blvd:
There is a left turn green arrow to turn onto Fairfield Blvd. However, the arrow goes from green to red; for many years (I have lived in Fairfield for over 35 years) and until within the past month, the green arrow changed to a solid green (meaning you would yield to Southbound Kempsville Rd. traffic before turning left onto Fairfield Blvd.). This causes unnecessary wait times for an entire light cycle.
Is there some reason the light cannot be changed back to the original cycle (green left arrow to solid green)? Have there been accidents? Traffic surveys?

I have left several messages with various VB offices that have not been returned.
