Hello,

I was seeing if you can install another maroon "Historic TenBroeck Triangle" banner on telephone pole #4, between 18 and 28 Ten Broeck Place. The historic district starts much further up the hill. If you don't have any more banners, can you take the existing one off the pole in front of 6 Ten Broeck Place, and attach it to Pole 4?
