The air at North California Blvd. between Trinity and Cole is extremely heavy with grease cooking odors in the vicinity of The Counter. Does the City regulate the emissions from local businesses and in this case restaurants? Clearly from the odor at this location the scrubbers or filters for the grease emissions are not working properly during their hours of operation.
