I live right there and the horns were honking and breaks squeeling last Friday when the above problem was that heading westbound stayed red very very long and then went green for I would say only 2 or 3 seconds. People were yelling! I could hear them from my windows. I'm surprised no one slammed into the back of someone. I called police twice and even the Utica bus transportation to worn them.
