Description

This apartment complex is violating city of Houston rules by hanging washed cloths almost everyday and all of trashes and stored items are visible from Bob White St. Sidewalks are always full of plastic bags and trashes and dumpsters are overloaded! Poor management and they are not willing to notify their tenants. Neighbors tried to talk to the manager but he refused to help.
