Absentee landlord at 51 Ashley Street has not cleaned up tree debris and leaves five weeks after October 29 snowstorm.
UPDATE: Almost a year later, the absentee landlord has not come to clear out the debris in the backyard. It is now overgrown with weeds and other plants.
