Description

There is an abandoned pink bicycle on the right side of the street attached to a meter. I reported this initially on 12/14/22. (13815159) It was closed on 1/11/23 stating the bicycle had been removed however it is still there. The bicycle is rusted and one of the wheels is bent and it is clearly abandoned as it has now been there for at least 3 months.
