Due to a computer glitch, this is a delayed response.A unconfined dog warning notice will be sent to the owner of the dog advising them that they must keep their dog confined at all times. The complaining party does have the option of signing a citation for the violation of failure to confine a dog against the dog owner since the violation was witnessed by the complaining party. The citation can be signed at the shelter located at 2811 SE 29th street between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. any day of the week.
