Description
Something needs to be done about our neighbor feeding the rats . My husband has reported this multiple times yet he continues to feed them. He just moved the food source to another location of his yard. My husband took a video this afternoon of at least three rats within 30seconds running around underneath the car that sits unmoved in his driveway with a tray of food sitting on the driveway in front of it. He is disregarding authorities that have told him to stop. Please something needs to be done about this.
