4913 Shihmen dr. has, within the last couple of month's, chained a dog to a tree in their FRONT yard with his dog house that barks CONSTANTLY. I mean this dog NEVER SHUTS UP all hours of the day and night. Several of the neighbors have mentioned how annoyed they are of the constant barking and some have told the owner to put the dog in their extremely large, yet unfenced, back yard but to date this has yet to happen. In fact I'm listening to it now, and have been since about 4:00pm almost constant and it is now 9:00pm, inside my house so you can imagine how loud it is. 4868 Shihmen dr. has an extremely vicious pit bull dog that they, for the most part, do keep in side. But, when they do let it out on a wire cable in their FRONT yard to do its business it barks constantly and has gotten loose on several occasions and pined a 5-6 year old boy against his house this last summer. Lucky the farther of the boy was able to fight it off. The reason they say they put it in the front yard is because they have admitted they are "too lazy too walk around and put it in the FENCED IN back yard especially when its raining" I don't want to call the Police because I would have to continually call them every 5 minuet's and I feel they have more important things to attend to and I don't feel I should have to confront these people myself because I have no authority to tell them what to do and they have ignored others attempts to stop the situation so how can we stop the CONSTANT BARKING not to mention the sanitary issues of the dogs doing their business in the FRONT yard all the time.
