Description

House has now attracted the littering of car tires in the side yard. This house is collecting trash from the parking lot of Kroger along with attracting a nuisance.

This is extremely disheartening and even after multiple requests on this site, the neglect enabled a fire to occur. Now with even with the City posting placards showing they are aware of the issue, there has been no progress.

I’m aware that a request to rebuild is in order for this house but it is clear that the cleanliness is at the bottom of the list of the corporate landlord owner. Is the idea to let this home fester as one of the gateways to the neighborhood until some unknown date?
