  ok so you want to know here's goes both roads are own by Passaic County yes the moved the stop bar back ( took act of Congress ha) because truck kept knockdown the signal pole which is no longer useable . so now the plans are all laid out the money is there to add the left turn lane signals for that to happen concrete work needs to de done and the new foundation put in just waiting on approval . so you can thank Passaic County tryin to correct the mistakes and that's not the only place they did it.
