Description

Terrible asphalt heaving at the bottom of the exit ramp. Essentially like a giant speed bump where the concrete an asphalt meet. Has been this way for several years. It is so big that I can use it as a wheel chock to prevent roll-back, when I am waiting on the light. Cannot drive over it without slowing to a near stop for concern for vehicle suspension, wheel, or tire damage, even in a truck.
