Description

There is a house slowly being built at 400 Irving. Over the past three years of construction, they have brought in many tons of rocks in large overweight dump trucks. Beyond this they have had cranes and other heavy equipment on-site. I believe some of these trucks and equipment were overweight for the street. The road at the corner of Horton and Irving - at 400 Irving - has developed deep valleys and ridges since the construction began. None have opened into potholes yet, but the street foundation is permanently damaged and is difficult to drive over at any speed.
