Description

Due to new home construction at the top of ST Charles PL there is a storm water drain filter in the storm drain at 74 ST Charles PL and it is not being maintained. The drain is constantly plugged up by leaves and construction debris being washed down the hill. During heavy rainstorms water is coming very close to flooding the garages of several surrounding houses. This drain needs to be inspected and cleaned on a regular basis during this construction to prevent property damage to the surrounding homes. At the present time (12/27/2014) the drain is completely obstructed and needs to be cleaned immediately to prevent further damage.
