OK I forwarded this to Mike Burns who is head of street maintenance. They might be coming back, typically cup-de-sacs are lowest of priorities so they may be addressing through streets elsewhere.

I see the address is wrong we live at 4414 6th St Nw. Our street is a thru street that was a cal du sac before they made it a thru street so the top of the hill the rounds out, the new driver just went thru like it was just a straight street. The problem is the mailman can't get to our box.
