Description

Over the past few months there was a crew installing a sidewalk on Walmsley Blvd. They disassembled a 20ft section of my chain link fence without notifying me first - despite the fact that I have "Beware of dog" signs. They have since moved further down the street and have not reassembled the fence yet.
