Description
The city recently (a couple weeks ago) raised the level of the alley at the top part of the picture, to smooth over a manhole cover that was too high. I now have a low spot in the alley before the new hump the city created. I am at risk of water flowing from the alley into my back yard because of the new work. Your work now created a dam, right before a low spot where water will pool right behind my house. I already have drainage issues because of grading and the alley is too high and this will exacerbate my issues. The proper way this should have been fixed was to lower the manhole cover and lower the level of the alley. Please fix this issue properly. DO NOT add more surface level to the alley behind my house, nor behind any neighboring houses. Thank you.
