Description

Westbound traffic on Green River Road frequently backs up every morning, sometimes all the way back to Ridgeline or Canyon Crest. This makes turning from/onto Palisades impossible because cars are bumper to bumper on Green River, blocking the right of way. There have been times where I have waited up to 15 minutes just to turn left into Green River from Palisades because cars are blocking this T-shaped intersection and do not let us turn. A "keep clear" painted on Green River Road or a traffic signal would eliminate this problem and allow turning traffic to move more smoothly.
