There's 20 minutes left and our street has not been swept today. Our block was missed in January 2023 and also December 2022. I attempted to contact 311 (closed today again), and tried the call center, numbers not taking messages, pressing zero for operator is not working, and neither is the 'back-up' operator. Our block gets half the service - in other words, the street sweeper is scheduled just once a month on our block. And several times a year, our block gets no service - we are forgotten. Here we go again, no street sweeper and it's 11:38. The hours for no parking in order for the street to be swept, are 9 am until noon. I was not able to find the category for street cleaning or street sweeping, so I chose street deterioration.
