#1 Other than storm shelters, one-story detached accessory structures used as tool and storage sheds, playhouses and similar uses, provided the floor area is not greater than 200 square feet (18.58 m2).
The lot for 65 Park Ave also has frontage on Westford Ave. You can view it on the GIS maps on our website www.enfield-ct.gov. We will refer this complaint to the Zoning Enforcement Officer to confirm it meets the setback and any other Zoning requirements.
