The lights between Market and Hayes on Van Ness have been out for a long time. Also lights on Fell off of Van Ness to Franklin are continually going out. I think there is a major problem here beyond just changing the bulbs. I think the city DPW needs to take a much more complete look at this problem. This is a sketchy area at best especially at night. These areas late at night are very dark and scary.
