Description
The state has repaved hwy 255 (3) times and yet the cloverleafs that lead from hwy 255 to Bradford Dr and vice versa have deteriorated to a depressing point. Research Park is the engine that drives this city. Let's not have the Governor or some other high ranking official get off our nicely paved state road on to a beat up cloverleaf that has weed growing up in it that could touch the door of my car. Let's do something about this and bring this up to par with what our economic engine (Research Park) needs and deserves. This is many peoples first impression of this park

Thank you for using Huntsville Connect! As you can see, many of our departments have looked at this situation. As of right now, there are no plans to repave this in this fiscal year. I will forward your reuqest to the Resurfacing division for them to take into consideration for the next fiscal year. Our Public Works crews came out with the backhoe and scraped the road of the mud/debris and push broomed the rest on both sides of headwall. I will attach pictures of this cleanup. If you have any further questions, please call us at 256-883-3944.
Thanks,
Public Works
