These people claim to know everyone on the force and dare anyone to mess with them.

Plus, it has been reported to us by other neighbors around here that they were told if they call something in that these perpetrators WILL know who it was and they WILL be dealt with. That is why I want to know if there is an anonymous site to post it on. If we do it that way, then they cant find out who reported it and maybe the problem will go away without any fear of retribution on our family.

Call the Police Dept and ask if they have a site that is anonymous.

You can call the Specialized Investigations Division office directly at (615) 782-3301. If no one answers, they have voice mail, and you may leave a message. This avenue can help cut down on duplication of work effort, and allow them to ask more in-depth questions.
