Description

In the cross walk to the Middle School at Jackson St. and Broad St. Intersection there is a sinking water shut off (5 or 6 inches deep). It has been fixed before previously (unsatisfactorily), needs to be cemented first and then black toped to prevent it from sinking again. There is a blind family which lives in the area and crosses there, this is a Safety issue as well as a road hazard. Many children cross there each day too.
