It's 2023 and we are still having to deal with illegal dumping at this SAME problem area. This is an embarrassment and a shame. EP please do something about this continuing to happen in River Park. Maybe cameras where you can actually fine the people doing this. You say keep EP beautiful but so far EP is a total ghetto dumping ground
