Description

This light in general could use some help timing wise, but specifically when turning left onto Wake Towne Dr. heading north towards 440, the light often takes around 3 minutes to give a green arrow, even when there is no oncoming traffic! Is there an option to add a yellow blinking light to this light past a certain hour? (I understand that during rush hour this is necessary, but past like 7PM I think it's crucial).
