Description

Light takes FOREVER to change to green for those exiting off Rt 202 N onto Devon Park Drive. Monday through Friday mornings I sit at this light waiting to turn and have witnessed others impatiently turn left on red after waiting and waiting. Very dangerous, please fix it!!
