lots of litter all over the sidewalk & adjacent drainage gulch The fence has a bunch of litter and debris stuck in it The lot and building has litter and building scraps/debris all over the place

Please clear the litter from the public right of way & enforce the property owner to clean up their portion to prevent further litter onto public space

Also it's an eyesore and poor representation/image to welcome all the W Main traffic to our beautiful town
