Description

The homeless encampment under the highway overpasses has grown and now includes small structures that have been erected along the roadway. There is also increased dumping in and around the structures, including large amounts of broken glass that poses hazards to motorists and cyclists alike. As a result, it is also unsafe to jog in this neighborhood.
