SEVERAL VEHICLES POSSIBLY FROM BROUGHTON HIGH SCHOOL, DRIVING CARELESSLY AND SPEEDING THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHEN SCHOOL IS LETTING OUT FOR THE DAY. THESE VEHICLES ALSO HAVE VERY LOUD ENGINES WITH NO MUFFLERS .HOURS( 2:15PM-2:40PM) . BLACK PICKUP TRUCK.
