About 2 years ago,Jeremy Finley did a report on the "black top"water hydrants on Dry Creek Road. They still are black topped as there hasn't been anything done. New hydrants were installed on Brick Church Pike but they would be of no use to us if we had a fire. Please check this for the residents of this area.
