Description

Most of the park lights that are supposed to illuminate the park between Lake Merritt Blvd and the lake are out. (These poles differ from the ones holding up the chain-of-lights) The only ones working are the few at the southern end close to the pedestrian walkway over the channel. None of these poles have numbers. Please fix them and put numbers on them to make reporting and fixing them easier. Thanks.
