Description

Constituent states that roof caused a hole in ceiling from rain coming through there. Been a problem for 2 years now. States that someone fixed the ceiling a few months ago but havent fixed roof and a piece of ceiling fell on constituent and now another hole is appearing due to original issue on another side of house. Its causing dangerous and unsanitary conditions.
