came home in northridge after being gone for a week and to my understading that we r responsible for cleaning sidewalks but if the city is plowing the snow from the streets onto the side walk and ice built up 4 feet high...how is that fair to home owner when we already pay 4K a year in taxes!!!! My husband works late hours and I have a back disability and I am in total shock!!!
