I have lived on Kepler for 15 years. I agree this intersection needs something. We do have police sit around here a lot watching the roads. Maybe they should find out the average speed and change the signs all around accordingly. Kepler is 40 people do far more then that, myself also. The new cars now a days do not take much to get them moving. These are roads that aren't made for walking safely. Maybe next time they repave any road they should have to automatically add a bike/walking lane.
