Codes and Building Dafety has had this proeprty in Environmental Court since November 3, 2010. All notices and civil warrants that this Department has issued have been returned as the owner has not been able to be located. On April 18, 2011 Codes placed this proeprty in rsearch for ownership to locate any owners or title holders to the property. On May 27, 2011 we were notified that Citi Mortgage Inc. in Missouri was the owner and notice was sent to them to correct all code violations. They had until June 24, 2011. Since they failed to correct the violaitons, Codes placed this property under a 90 day Code Repair Action....and also performed another title research to any additional owners of the property. Codes has been working dilligently on this case, but when owners are not able to be located, all Codes can do is monitor this property and report to the courts the current status. Each and every request submitted to this Department has been logged into the system. If you wish to track the status of this request, you may do so by using this Request Number: 10-1050333 and use our official website to report a violation or gain a status of a request:
In the future, please use the official Codes and Building Safety website to report a code violation and to gain a status on a request, as Click Fix is not the official site to submit and review such requests, as we will not be responding back to Click Fix on this case again.
To report a code violation: http://www.nashville.gov/codes/forms/report_violations.aspx

Thank you.
