Description

When we left in May for the summer, work on the expansion at the Gizella Kopsick Palm Arboretum was well under way. 6 months later as we return, it looks as though work has stopped and the park is a mess. What happened? and when can it be remedied?
The waterfront park system is a valuable asset for our city and enjoyed by the residents. Surely we can do better than this!
