Description
Waste Management drivers are leaving garbage cans in the street after pick up and blocking the City of Oakland street sweeper. I have called Waste Management 6 times in the past year and reported the problem. Friday is garbage day and so is street sweeping in my neighborhood. Waste Management has done nothing but make hollow promises and has taken no effective action whatsoever. The Street Sweeping Department in Public Works needs to make it clear to Waste Management that leaving the cans in the street MUST STOP. Oakland resident are PAYING FOR STREET SWEEPIING and we are not getting our neighborhood swept because of Waste Management.
