Description

Driver in orange SUV became annoyed because I was stopping at intersections and riding legally on the ride side of the street. He/she(?) revved the engine and passed me so closely that the passenger side mirror hit my left shoulder. No injury but it startled me. The driver then blew through two stop signs as he/she sped away.
